At the end of 2015, the spring of domestic pipeline automatic welding machine was ushered in. The second line of China Russia crude oil, the first batch of domestic pipeline automatic welding machine, was started. At the beginning of 2017, it passed the welding test and various kinds of tests in the minus 40 degree environment, obtained the certification of Russian natural gas company, and officially began to enter the Russian market.

With the deepening of China's "blue sky defense war", China Russia east gas pipeline project, a major national project, has officially started. China Russia east gas pipeline is the largest diameter (Ф 1422) and the highest steel grade (X80) natural gas pipeline in China at present. In order to ensure the consistency and reliability of Engineering welding quality, the pipeline adopts fully automatic welding process. Xionggu pipeline automatic welding system has been fully recognized and trusted by CNPC's Daqing oilfield construction, Chuanqing oilfield construction, Xinjiang Oilfield Construction and Liaohe oilfield construction after the batch use of China Russia crude oil pipeline No.2 (Ф 813) and Shaanxi Beijing pipeline No.4 (Ф 1219) projects and the certification of Russia gas. Since the construction site of Heihe initial station was officially broken on June 29, 2017, they have made great progress At present, 7 sets of Xionggu a-810 / 56 pipeline internal welding machines and 72 sets of Xionggu a-610 pipeline double gun external welding machines have been fully used in the project. In 2018, our pipeline automatic welding machine has further stepped out of the country and entered the construction of Saudi Aramco project, UAE national oil company project and Thailand National Oil Company Line 5 project.
