• There are five working surfaces in 3D Welding Table, and the side surface is used to extend or fix a position.
• Material: steel & castings, antirust coating according to special requirements, prevent welding slag adhesion.
• The surface of the platform shall be free from any defects such as porosity, sand holes, cold laps, cracks, repairing welding, etc.
• The flatness of the table shall be more than 0.1/1000mm; the squareness shall be more than 0.15/1000mm.
• The parallelism and squareness between two planes of symmetry of the table shall be more than 0.1/1000mm.
• Good surface finish of the table: 1.6 μ M
• Net lines specification: φ 28 Part NO. 100 * 100 ± 0.05mm; φ 16 Part NO. 50 * 50 ± 0.05mm
• Dimple Diameter & accuracy on the table: φ 28 1 ± 0.03mm, hole spacing: 100 ± 0.03mm; φ 16 1 ± 0.03mm, hole spacing: 50 ± 0.03mm;
• Load-bearing capacity: supporting by legs: 2T / ㎡; Supporting by tructural steel framing: 3T / ㎡
